Program Description

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rumi (operated by Rumi, Inc.). Rumi is an AI-powered personal coaching and retention platform that helps you build better habits and stay on track with your personal development goals.

Message Categories

You may receive the following types of SMS messages:

• Account notifications — session reminders, check-ins, and coaching follow-ups
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) — one-time verification codes for account security
• Customer care — responses when you text our number for support

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your coaching plan and account activity. You can expect up to 10 messages per week during active coaching periods. 2FA codes are sent only when you sign in or perform security-sensitive actions.

Opt-In

You opt in to receive SMS messages by entering your phone number during account registration at rumi.team and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Rumi does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

Carriers

SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your phone number and messaging data are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are used solely for delivering the messages described above.
