How to Stop SMS Messages

You can stop receiving SMS messages from Rumi at any time. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Option 1: Reply STOP

You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT — they all work the same way.

Option 2: Account Settings

Sign in to your Rumi account and go to Settings to manage your notification preferences. You can disable SMS notifications while keeping your account active.

Option 3: Contact Support

Email support@rumi.team with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and include your phone number. We'll process your request within 24 hours.

Want to Re-Subscribe?

If you change your mind, you can opt back in at any time:

• Reply START or UNSTOP to our number
• Re-enable SMS in your account settings

Note About 2FA Codes

If you use phone number sign-in, opting out of SMS notifications does not affect two-factor authentication codes. You will still receive verification codes when signing in to your account. To stop all messages including 2FA, switch to Google or Apple sign-in in your account settings, then opt out of SMS.
