Common Questions

What messages will I receive?

Rumi sends three types of messages: (1) session reminders and coaching check-ins, (2) two-factor authentication codes for account security, and (3) customer care responses when you contact us. We never send promotional or marketing messages.

How often will I get messages?

Message frequency depends on your coaching plan and activity. Expect up to 10 messages per week during active coaching. 2FA codes are sent only when you sign in.

Will I be charged?

Rumi does not charge for SMS. However, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

How do I stop messages?

Reply STOP to any message, or visit your account settings to manage preferences. See our opt-out page for details.

I stopped messages but want them back

Reply START or UNSTOP to our number to re-subscribe. You can also re-enable SMS in your account settings.
